Finding balance in HR isn’t always easy, and that’s one of the reasons I created HRPros.ai—to help you lead with confidence while still making time for what matters most (family, faith, health, personal growth, etc.). Another reason is to bring clarity to the push we’re seeing towards AI. I’m not entirely on board. But I’m willing to explore it. These two views are not mutually exclusive.
Hi, I’m Danny Kovacs, a geriatric Millennial who got started in recruiting back in 2004, before all the fancy tech gadgets were available (4 years before LinkedIn Recruiter!). I’ve grown from a hands-on recruiter in manufacturing & tech to leading HR teams and collaborating with executive leaders across the globe. A pivotal moment came after my father’s passing in 2021, which made me reflect on how precious time is and the values I want to carry forward. Shortly after, my family and I moved to Florida, which led me to a more flexible HR leadership role and a new journey in life and career, now building HRPros.ai - HR’s Inner Circle.
Our Mission is to prudently integrate AI into HR while preserving the heart of the profession: its people. We achieve this through crowdsourced learning and a thriving community.
